Online Orders
Orders placed through our online store may be paid for with Visa or Mastercard.
Special Orders
A $10 fee will be charged for each change or enhancement to the dolls (i.e., split pairs, mixing races in one set). Special orders may be made by phone, fax or mail.
Payment
Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard, check in U.S. funds or agency purchase order. You can place an order by phone, fax, mail or e-mail using the order form below. Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday Pacific Time in the U.S.
Migima is located in Oregon where there is no sales tax!
Return Policy
Satisfaction guaranteed. You may return products for a full refund minus postage and handling within 10 days of purchase (20 days for overseas orders) and if it has not been used and is in re-saleable condition. Return postage and insurance are paid by the customer. Any loss during shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Discounts for Non-Profits
Most of our customers are government and non-profit agencies. From time-to-time, we have dolls that have a discontinued color or hairstyle or some minor imperfection that we can sell to you for 20-25% off retail. Please let us know if you are interested. We are happy to send you pictures of the dolls.
